
This clinic is for ages 4-7. The ABC's, "agility, balance, coordination", will be taught as well as basic strokes and rules. Tuesday and Friday 4:00-4:45 pm, Saturday 9:00-10:00 am $12/clinic

Our orange ball clinic is taught on the 60' orange court and is for ages 7-10. Stroke shape, basic movement and introduction to play will be the focus of this age group. Tuesday and Friday 5:00-6:00 PM, Saturday 10:00-11:00 AM $12/clinic

Full court tennis with 80% green ball for athletes age 10-13. Focused on point construction and advanced stroke production on the full size court. Monday 4:30-5:30 and Wednesday 5:30-6:30,$12/weekday 60 min clinic. Saturday 11:00-12:30. $20/Saturday 90 min clinic

Ages 12+ For players transitioning out of green ball or starting their tennis journey using the traditional yellow ball . This group will focus on building fundamental skills and consistency. Players will be working towards a spot on their high school team and learning to play USTA tournaments. Tuesdays and Thursdays 4:00-5:30 pm. $20 for Frontier Park Indoor Tennis members and $25 for non-members

Ages 12+ Instructor approval required to join. These players are playing outside of class and are participating in USTA tournaments. Strong fundamentals, sportsmanship, and work ethic are required. Able to maintain a quality 10 ball rally with coach/ peer. Working on strokes to maintain consistency. Mondays and Wednesdays 4:00-5:30 pm. $20 for Frontier Park Indoor Tennis members, $25 for non-members.

For players who have progressed from level 5. Plays consistently at the highest performance level. Able to maintain a high level 20-ball rally. Actively willing to train and work on their game on and off the court . This group is seeking the highest ability / coachable players. Limited number of players. Invite only. Monday and Wednesday 5:30-7:00 pm $20 for Frontier Park Indoor Tennis members, $25 for non-members

Cheyenne Adaptive Tennis welcomes school-aged individuals with different abilities (physical and cognitive) to join weekly on Mondays 5:30-6:30 pm November - February. A physical therapist and multiple volunteers will be available to assist in helping your athlete learn to participate and have fun with peers while playing tennis! Thanks to a generous donation from the Cheyenne Tennis Association, each High School tennis team has been given indoor practice time. Practice time is free for members and $10 for non members. Central Practice is Saturday 4:00-5:30 pm. East/South Practice is Sunday 1:00-3:00 pm. Players of all levels, grades 7-12 are welcome to attend their triad's practice. These practices are run by volunteers are are not affiliated with LCSD1
